Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Peverell AI website (peverellai.com) and any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Peverell AI.

Peverell AI provides AI automation solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including: • Process automation and workflow optimisation • Intelligent lead capture and qualification systems • Custom AI agents for customer service, sales, or internal operations • Integration with third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business, Cal.com, NocoDB, Google Sheets, n8n, Stripe, and others) • AI strategy consulting The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in the proposal or subscription plan accepted at the time of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Custom projects are invoiced based on the agreed project proposal. Payment terms will be specified in the proposal document. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT or equivalent) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your location. Peverell AI reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a delivered solution, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that: • The solution was delivered as specified in the agreed project scope • You have communicated your concerns in writing and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to make corrections • The refund request is submitted in writing to info@peverellai.com Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has been active for more than 7 days. If you cancel before the 7-day mark of a new billing cycle, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion. Trial periods or promotional pricing may have different refund conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

You may cancel a subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to info@peverellai.com. Access to services continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Peverell AI may terminate services immediately in cases of: • Material breach of these Terms • Fraudulent or unlawful use of the platform • Non-payment after a reasonable grace period Upon termination, we will provide your data in an exportable format upon request for up to 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Peverell AI services to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or third-party services • Use AI automation for spam, phishing, or any malicious activity • Resell or sublicense our services without prior written authorisation • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or performance of our systems We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy.

Custom AI systems, automations, workflows, and integrations developed specifically for a client become the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full payment. The underlying technology, frameworks, methodologies, proprietary tooling, and general know-how used in the development of those solutions remain the exclusive property of Peverell AI. The Peverell AI name, logo, website design, and all associated branding are trademarks of Josué Manuel Ramírez Benítez. Unauthorised use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

AI-based systems are designed to improve operational efficiency, but no AI system is infallible. Peverell AI does not guarantee that AI outputs, automated responses, or generated content will be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free at all times. Clients are responsible for: • Supervising critical automated workflows • Validating AI-generated outputs in high-stakes contexts (medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical scenarios) • Ensuring AI usage complies with applicable industry regulations Peverell AI shall not be liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs without appropriate human oversight.

Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms and APIs. Peverell AI is not responsible for: • Outages, downtime, or interruptions caused by third-party providers • Changes to third-party APIs or policies that affect our integrations • Data handling practices of third-party services Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and licences to use third-party services integrated into their solutions. Use of third-party services is subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peverell AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to: • Loss of revenue or profit • Loss of data or business information • Business interruption • Reputational damage Our total cumulative liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client to Peverell AI in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will: • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page • Notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect Continued use of our services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services before the effective date.
